Parts A & B with copy of immunization Records and Insurance Card(front/back): Applies to All Family Members (Scouts, Leader, Parents, Guardians & Siblings):

Basic Scouting activities such as local tours and weekend camping trips less than 72 hours in duration (total).

Part C will be required for scout resident camp

Information & FAQ's

Just as a sports uniform identifies a boy or a girl with a team, the Scout uniform identifies a boy or a girl with the largest voluntary youth movement in the world.

 Financial Assistance

Each family’s financial situation is different. It is the policy of Pack 655 that no boy or girl will be denied the Scouting experience for financial reasons. If you believe that you may need financial assistance, please contact the Cubmaster, Committee Chair, or Treasurer. Your request will be handled confidentially. 

The type of financial assistance may vary by request. Assistance may allow for payment of fees over an extended period of time, volunteering of time, or some other arrangement.
